This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Administrator to join our wonderful school. The successful candidate will provide efficient and professional administrative support to the Senior Deputy Head.
To be successful, you will have:
- Experience of providing excellent customer service and effective administration.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including the ability to mail merge using Word and Excel.
- Strong organisational skills, time management and the ability to multi-task.
- Experience of working with databases and Management Information Systems (MIS)
- Able to work on own initiative and to tight timescales.
- Able to establish and maintain accurate records, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication and customer relations skills.
- Previous experience in an administrative, secretarial or PA role, covering complex administration work
- A friendly and confident personality with commitment to providing high quality customer service
- Resilience, commitment and confidence
- An understanding of the importance of safeguarding in a school environment.

Contractual Details
Pay: £22,000 to £24,000 FTE
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break. Flexibility may be considered for the right candidate. Please indicate on your form if you would like us to consider flexibility.
Contract: Permanent Contract, Term-time only contract plus an additional 4 weeks to be worked during the holidays.
