Looking for a role where your expertise genuinely makes a difference? As our Site-Based Fire Service Engineer, you'll be the on-site specialist keeping critical fire detection and suppression systems performing at their best. You'll work with industry-leading tech - Notifier, Kentec, Advanced, Simplex, Voice Alarm, Gas Suppression, HSSD and more - ensuring the site stays safe, compliant, and fully protected.

What Youll Be Doing

- Carrying out routine servicing and preventative maintenance

- Responding to emergency callouts and resolving issues efficiently

- Completing minor repairs and fault-finding during PPM visits

- Keeping logbooks accurate and ensuring systems are left fully compliant

- Submitting clear documentation timesheets, worksheets, expenses

- Working closely with the client and building positive relationships

- Identifying opportunities to improve system performance or expand services

- Attending ongoing training to stay updated with technology and standards

- Escalating critical issues and offering workable solutions

- Keeping your Senior informed of site status and any concerns

What Were Looking For

- A fire protection professional with hands-on experience in maintenance and servicing

- Competence with Notifier (or similar), Kentec, Advanced, Simplex, Voice Alarm, Gas Suppression, and HSSD systems

- Ability to install, test, commission, and service fire alarm systems confidently

- Someone who works well independently and stays motivated without close supervision

- A clear communicator with strong verbal and written skills

- Detail-driven, proactive, and fully committed to life-safety standards
