Field Care experience or Senior Carer experience is beneficial

As a Field Care Supervisor you will be office and community based, ensuring high-quality and compliant care.

A brief overview of responsibilities include:

Conducting client assessments, creating care plans, performing supervisions and spot checks on staff, on-call duties, all while working closely with the Registered Service Manager.

We're ideally looking for someone with previous Field Care or Carer experience which will provide a head start in your new position.

For this Field Care Supervisor role you must:

• Have previous Field Care or Senior Care experience.
• Have a driving licence and access to a car.
• Be able to cover on-call duties following a rota system.
• Have the Right to Work in the UK.
• Manage on-site observations, appraisals, and supervisions.
• IT skills
• Work closely with care-coordinators to plan shifts.
• Work closely with the Registered Service Manager.
• Strong time management skills.
• Strong Teamwork skills.
• Training new care staff during induction.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or be happy to work toward this qualification.

This role requires office based work as well as out in the field. For this reason we have a fuel allowance per mile.

You would work alongside staff in the early stages that would support you in your new role, allowing you to settle in and get to know both the staff team and our clients.
