CVMinder is used by Employers and Training Providers to manage recruitment and employability assessments.
You create a CVMinder account when you either:
- Register with an organisation using CVMinder or
- Apply for an employer vacancy using CVMinder
Registering with an employer shares your personal details with that employer and only that employer. The employer’s HR staff and line managers can cooperate to consider your skills and experience for future vacancies.
After completing some personal details and uploading your CV, a CVMinder account will be created for you. You are required to validate your account (see validating my account) before accessing your account.
You can find jobs with the employer in your CVMinder account which you can access via the sign in option on teh main menu.
Applying for a job
Applying for a job with any employer using CVMinder is easy and registration with that employer is automtatic. That means that only that employer will have access to your personal details. Just select the vacancy that you would like to apply for and click the title.
You will be asked to complete some personal information and may be asked to upload a CV and personal statament. Each employer using CVMinder may have different preferences.
