We are looking for an experienced:
Warehouse/Stockroom Administrator
Location:
Richmond and Hanworth
Position Purpose:
Sitting in between our two retail teams, you will be responsible to process incoming stock and plant deliveries, oversee the receipt of new stock, raise transfers across our warehouse and Covent Garden site, assist in the processing and physical transportation of our stock as well as print and barcode items. Under the direction of the stock controller you will carry our regular stock takes.
NB. You must be proficient with using excel. Experience of previous EPOS and stock management systems ideal, but equally training will be provided.

Maintaining accurate stock levels and limiting minus stock levels
Principal Accountabilities
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing the delivery schedule and communicating it with the shop/ VM/ site team to ensure smooth receipt of deliveries
- Taking in new deliveries from inventory, physical pricing and ensuring spot stock counts are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure all products are received and set up on the system as planned, working with team to ensure systems accuracy of all products and POs as well as integrity of stock system.
- Assist in the processing of product on the stock system, ensuring the correct movements are happening on CEGID for goods in/out, damaged items, press loans, display pieces, combined items etc.
- Print and apply barcodes for plant/ card deliveries whilst ensuring all stock is ticketed.
- Review and action negative stocks
- Liaising with stock control for accurate reporting of stock anomalies, wastage and breakages.
- Complete stock counts as per rolling plan.
- Assist with stocktake prep.
- Stock replenishment.
- Onsite Storeroom organisation/ rotation of aged stock.
- Adding/ removing hot keys for products/ salespeople
- Drive the company vehicle in order to perform stock transfers between sites and the warehouse. On occasion you will also carry out customer deliveries.
- Keep warehouse and stock rooms clean and tidy.
- Maintain an organised system, determined by the Head of Retail and Senior Merchandiser for storing stock in both the warehouse and stock room.
Competencies:
- A UK driving licence and ability to drive a Luton Van
- Ability to drive a fork lift (training can be provided)
