One Ashford Hospital, Kent has a vacancy for a Bank Clinical Administrator to join the team.

Reporting to the Ward Sister, as a Bank Clinical Administrator, you would provide a high standard of customer service, liaising with patients and key stakeholders to complete booking requirements.

The role of Bank Clinical Administrator will involve processing post-operative appointments for patients upon discharge from the ward, admitting and discharging clinical admissions to the ward and Ambulatory Care departments, being a point of contact for patients and visitors when working on the ward, communicating with all hospital departments to ensure the admission/discharge process runs smoothly and to resolve customer queries whether in person or via the phone or email in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum GCSE education or equivalent

Experience

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
  • 2 years relevant experience within an administrative or customer service role
