Our One Hatfield Hospital, Hertfordshire is currently recruiting for an experienced Physiotherapist.

Hours 37.5 per week. Flexible Monday to Friday. Weekend rota requirement.

Reporting to the Physiotherapy Lead, the successful Physiotherapist will provide and ensure high standards of clinical care for the patients under their management.

The role will involve delivering face to face assessments and treatment, carrying out appropriate clinical risk assessments and, where necessary, onward referral; providing skilled assessment and treatment of a variety of inpatients, predominantly orthopaedic, but also some general surgery patients; educating, training, and advising patients, carers, and other relevant healthcare professionals in specific physiotherapeutic management.

You may also be required to assist in the provision of face to face physiotherapy pre assessment or Joint School for elective orthopaedic patients.


  • Degree or diploma in Physiotherapy or equivalent
  • Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy
  • Registered with the HCPC


  • Minimum of 5 years post graduate experience
  • Experience of assessing and treating a range of orthopaedic patients/cases
  • Working with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience of independently managing case loads

  • Sound written numerical and verbal communication skills

  • Private healthcare experience
  • Post graduate experience as a physiotherapist across a range of specialties
