We have a new opportunity for an experienced Telemarketing Executive to join the Marketing Team of an established Telematics company to drive new business opportunities.

Once you've got to grips with the technology and all the features and benefits of this growing technology, you'll be generating qualified interest amongst the logistics / haulage / transport / fleet management world, typically with a fleet size of up to 200 vehicles introducing sophisticated vehicle technology solutions.

Naturally as a Telemarketing Executive you'll spend a good deal of time speaking to target customers on the phone. Where this Telemarketing Executive position differs, you'll also be delivering Webinars to potential customers as well.

Main Telemarketing Executive Responsibilities:

  • Call Small Medium Sized (SME) business contacts to identify potential UK SME sales opportunities that meet the qualification criteria and book appointments for a member sales team to meet the prospect customer.
  • Deliver webinars with SME business opportunities to discuss solutions that solve customer pain points, with the objective of the sales team following up with a face-to-face closing meeting
  • Be proactive in following up leads produced from canvassing by the telesales sales team and identify high quality leads that could lead to sales as well as Identifying opportunities with companies who are not already on the CRM system
  • Ensuring that the database is maintained to a high degree of accuracy to enable targeted marketing activity
  • Negotiate commercial terms with customers and liaise effectively with all departments to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Working closely with the Marketing Manager to achieve sales objectives and contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practice Ideas

Key Skills and Attributes needed for the successful Telemarketing Executive:

  • Previous experience gained in a similar B2B Telemarketing Executive / Telesales position
  • Results orientated, resourceful person who is diligent and displays an enthusiastic approach and be a target focused self-starter who takes ownership of personal performance
  • Have a good understanding of marketing activities
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills and exceptional influencing skills
  • You'll also need to be a competent user of MS Office applications and have working knowledge of Salesforce CRM or a similar solution.
  • French language skills would be a significant advantage, but is not essential.

Remuneration

Salary up to £23,000
