We are looking for a delivery focused Project Manager who has robust experience with large Software development projects. You'll take the lead on assigned projects to ensure that everything is correctly managed for this highly respected ERP Software vendor.

The project mix will have a number of aspects that you'll be managing with differing scales. You'll be responsible for multiple new developments, installs and upgrade projects for large multi-site, multi-nationals all the way through to small SMEs.

This is a challenging Project Manager role in a fast paced environment and as such the perfect candidate needs robust, relevant experience as a Project Manager in a similar environment. Project values will vary, for the larger projects the typical value is £1m+

This position will be based from Head Office in Berkshire with UK wide travel.

Your duties will include:

• Taking full ownership of projects assigned to you
• Develop and deliver project plans
• Managing multiple sized projects simultaneously
• Ensuing that all contractual obligations are met for each project
• Requesting and managing resources as required
• Maintaining financial control and ensuring that billable services are correctly accounted for
• Ensuring that documentation and established processes are adhered to and giving timely reminders to the project teams when necessary
• Looking for improvements to the implementation processes
• Liaising with the PMO to acquire project resources

Skills and experience needed to be considered for this vacancy:

• Robust experience as a Project Manager in a similar SaaS / Software Development environment
• In-depth understanding of ERP systems or IT Applications within a Software delivery business
• A demonstrable track record of successfully completed projects
• Experience with ERP or similar SaaS solutions, gained working for a software vendor
• Prince2 or other recognised Project Management qualification
• Experience using MS Project or similar

Remuneration:

Salary £30,000 - £45,000

• Car allowance c£6,000
