We have a new opportunity for an experienced Telesales Executive to join the Marketing Team of an established Telematics company.

You'll be generating qualified interest amongst the logistics / haulage / transport / fleet management world.

Before you are let loose as a Telesales Executive, You will be given full training and ample opportunity to get to grips with the technology.

Naturally as a Telesales Executive you'll spend a good deal of time speaking to target customers on the phone. You'll also be delivering Webinars to potential customers and participating in other marketing activities.

Main Telesales Executive Responsibilities:

  • Call Small Medium Sized (SME) business contacts to identify potential UK sales opportunities
  • Book appointments for a member sales team to meet the prospect customer
  • Deliver webinars to smaller business opportunities.
  • Be proactive in following up leads and identify high quality leads that could lead to sales
  • Identifying opportunities with companies who are not already on the CRM system
  • Ensuring that the database is maintained to a high degree of accuracy to enable targeted marketing activity
  • Negotiate commercial terms with customers and liaise effectively with all departments to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Working closely with the Marketing Manager to achieve sales objectives
  • Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practice Ideas

Key Skills and Attributes needed for the successful Telesales Executive:

  • Previous experience gained in a similar B2B Telesales Executive / Telemarketing position
  • Results orientated, resourceful person who is diligent and displays an enthusiastic approach.
  • A target focused self-starter who takes ownership of personal performance
  • Have a good understanding of marketing activities
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills and exceptional influencing skills
  • A competent user of MS Office applications and have working knowledge of Salesforce CRM or a similar solution.
  • French language skills would be a significant advantage, but is not essential.

Remuneration

Salary up to £23,000

  • Generous commission for each qualified meeting arranged
