I am looking for another New Business Sales Manager with Telematics experience to take on a real challenge.

A proven success record as a New Business Sales Manager in Telematics is essential. This company is looking to enter a new market area, so someone who knows the telematics market is vital.

Building on its reputation for delivering high quality solutions, this company need a sales hunter to join its team. As an established leader in Telematics, this new venture is a bold move. They want to deliver the same level of quality to SME businesses.

This company have set realistic expectations for this New Business Sales Manager position. Whilst it would be great if you could hit the grown running, they know its going to take time. You will be given support and training to help you to succeed.

What you will be doing as a New Business Sales Manager:

  • As a New Business Sales Manager, naturally you'll be expected to bring in new customers and will have targets to exceed.
  • You will be expected to generate your own leads. There is Telemarketing team, but initially they are largely there as support.
  • Initially, you'll need to do a lot of ground work to identify likely targets.
  • Raising awareness in new market areas.
  • Working with the Product Marketing team to capitalise on campaigns that target new prospects.
  • As an experienced Sales Manager, you'll also be used to managing your time effectively when working remotely.
  • Developing a realistic sales pipe line will come as second nature.

Skills and experience required for New Business Sales Manager:

  • You need to have previous Telematics experience in a sales capacity. For this role I cannot consider someone without this experience.
  • Of course you'll have superb relationship building skills.
  • Solution sales will come as second nature.
  • You'll take a consultative approach to winning new business.
  • You'll come with a demonstrable record of success.
  • Be a person that thrives on success and is hungry to reach greater heights.
  • Good understanding of the automotive technology that drives the solution.
  • You'll need to keep accurate record of customer successes and pipeline information.
  • This company uses Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • And finally, you will be able to persuade me that you are the ideal candidate for this job.

Remuneration

  • Base salary of c£35,000 - £50,000
  • Generous achievable un-capped commission.
  • Your preference either a company car or car allowance c£6K.
