Recent sales successes are highlighting the need for additional support. We are looking for a flexible, technically competent person with great communication skills. If that's you, you could become a CVMinder Black Belt and offer an outstanding contribution to the following:
- System testing to ensure that we deliver stable, error free updates.
- 1st line support to help both employers and applicants with user queries.
- Product training so that employers can develop high levels of expertise.
- User documentation so that first class references are available for a growing user base.
This is an opportunity for somebody who understands technology and customer service. Some past coding experience could be very useful, but an aptitude for logic and excellence is more important to us.
The future direction of this role could be to lead testing, lead support or lead customer training as we grow.
Qualifications and Experience required
- At least HNC or equivalent , preferably in IT or similar
- An understanding of platforms, operating systems and networking
- Some appreciation of Data Protection and IT Security
- Outstanding communication skills
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Faultless written English
Over time, you may be expected to travel to customer sites and deliver training in person. However, you will be based in the Innovation Centre to begin with and that is close to Rochester airport.
