We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to lead sales of our software system into the Social Care, Education, Hospitality or the Charity sectors. Sector choice can be made based upon experience.

We are based in Kent, but we we are happy to consider a location outside of the South East as sales may be made throughout the UK.

An understanding of recruitment, HR or operations is very valuable for this role. However you will require business development skills to be successful as our next Software Sales Executive.

Our Product

CVMinder ATS is an award-winning Applicant Tracking System. It is used by Schools, Colleges, Social Care companies and other employers to manage their own recruitment.

We have large, available markets and our product has been shaped by customers to meet the specific challenges of those markets.

We require a Software Sales Executive to create and close new business opportunities. The ideal Sale Executive should be well-educated with crisp communication skills and a consultative approach.

The role of Software Sales Executive

The aim of this role is to generate leads and close business. As a Software Sales Executive, you will:

  • Make initial contact with heads of HR and Recruitment.
  • Present CVMinder ATS and effectively qualify interest, ability to purchase etc. This can be completed via web presentation and in person as circumstance dictates.
  • Secure new subscription orders for our existing product.
  • Secure service fees for implementation and training.
  • Report to the Executive on pipeline building, revenue forecast, market insights and specific customer-related requests.
  • Become an expert in HR management of recruitment, compliance, job advertising options and our customer history.
  • Maintain an ongoing relationship with key existing customers to support and validate their success with CVMinder ATS.
  • Assist with introduction of other staff into customer accounts for the purpose of developing appropriate marketing materials.

Experience and Qualifications

As our Software Sales Executive, you should have the following:

  • Academic Qualifications to at least A' Level or equivalent.
  • Good communications skills, defined as listening, written English and presenting.
  • Former success as a Sales Executive, with a track record of winning new business.
  • Prior experience of HR, Recruitment, Education or Care. Hospitality, Not for Profit or other market may also be considered.
  • A genuine interest in customer success.
  • Former experience of selling software solutions would be of interest, but not essential.
  • Experience of selling complex solutions with sales cycles of 1 to 6 months is important.

Software Sales Executive Remuneration

XperiSoft Limited is a Private company with an ambition to grow. We have self funded our development to date.

We are offering the following, subject to experience.

  • On Target Earnings (OTE) of up to £50,000 per annum
  • Stock Options after 1st year in Service.
  • Car allowance (depending upon the mutually agreed target markets).
