The role of B2B Telemarketing Executive
- Identify and contact senior decision makers in target markets.
- Explore the benefits of CVMinder ATS over manual recruitment methods.
- Create value and generate qualified interest in our recruitment product.
- Schedule demonstrations or meetings as required for field sales.
Over time, we expect that our B2B Telemarketing Executive may be able to demonstrate the system. In addition, we anticipate that you will advance to selling low cost propositions directly, without the assistance of field sales.
Skills required for the role of B2B Telemarketing Executive
- Proven success as a B2B Telemarketing Executive.
- Past experience with any CRM system.
- Excellent verbal English communication skills, both written and oral.
- Experience with software solution sales would be ideal, but not essential.
- An understanding of recruitment or HR.
- Previous experience or working knowledge of at least one industry sector would be highly beneficial. Education, care or hospitality would be ideal, but not essential.
What we're offering the Telemarketing Executive
- Generous basic of up to £20,000 pro rata, depending upon experience.
- On Target Earnings of up to £28,000, uncapped.
- Additional performance related bonus.
- Stock options after first 2 years in service.
- On site parking.
