Be a Senior Facilitator who can make a genuine difference in Care. Join us to lead a team of experienced carers who already do an excellent job in a location in Wembley and Kingsbury, North West London.

Reporting directly to the Registered Service Manager, you will lead and motivate your team of 10 to 12 staff to deliver unparalleled levels of service to clients ranging from 18 years old to middle age. Each of our clients has challenging needs and helping them is one of the most rewarding career choices one can make.

Requirements

What our Senior Facilitator will be doing for our Clients:

Support Registered Service Manager with the day to day management of the service to provide outstanding levels of care.

Implement and review a suite of care packages that surpass all industry norms.

Assisting in monitoring, evaluating and delivering care, ensuring care plans and risk assessments are carefully followed

Developing and facilitating options with our partners for supported access to community facilities and events.

Assessing individual requirements for the involvement of professional agencies and relatives and implementing appropriate support.

Encouraging and supporting our clients' involvement with as many of the services offered by Abilities Development as is practical and possible.

What our Senior Facilitator will be doing for the team:

Helping to manage and motivate the team to deliver unparalleled levels of service to each and every client.

Positively resolve conflict and solve problems that arise on daily basis

Conducting staff inductions and training

On-call duties on a weekly rotation basis, dealing with clients and staff queries

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in the role of a Senior Facilitator you will require:

Experience in delivering care and services to people with severe learning disabilities and challenging behaviour within a social care setting.

At least Level 3 qualification in the social care field.

Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects, prioritise and work to deadlines
