Remuneration:

Up to £10 ph, based upon experience. Up to £11 ph at weekends.

We have opened a carer position to support adults in their own homes throughout the Brentwood area of Essex.

Our domiciliary care role is challenging and rewarding for the right person. Our service users are aged 18 to 65 and above. They have a range of care needs from simple companionship to assistance with personal care and medication.

As a carer working for You & I Care Services Ltd, you will share our core values of kindness and compassion. We understand that each carer offers more than the service alone and that relationships between our carers and their service users should be preserved over time.

As a carer, you will be performing the following:

  • Offering companionship
  • Personal care
  • Domestic housework
  • Helping with meal preparation
  • Support with medication

We require the following skills and attributes for carers:

  • Empathy
  • Positive attitude
  • Great communication skills
  • A certificate in care would be useful, but not necessary.

We will accept experienced and entry level carers if they show willing and a genuine passion for caring.
