What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting individuals with day-to-day living, including home management, personal care and accessing the community
• Accompanying/driving tenants to appointments and activities
• Administering medication (after training)
• Maintaining accurate records and care documentation
• Creating a safe, supportive and respectful environment
• Working shifts that include long days, weekends, and regular sleep-in duties

Who We're Looking For

We're open to full-time and part-time applicants, but all candidates must:

• Be willing and able to complete sleep-in shifts as part of the rota
• Hold a manual driving licence, valid for at least 12 months
• Be confident working alone
• Have a flexible approach to shift work across a 24-hour rota

Benefits

• Sleep-in allowance: £60 per shift

• Weekend enhancement: £0.70 per hour
