About Pound Farm:
Pound Farm is a welcoming and vibrant home where you'll support 15 adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent and meaningful lives.
Every day is different, with opportunities to help people enjoy the things that matter most to them, whether that's attending appointments, taking part in hobbies and activities, learning new skills, or simply spending time out in their local community.
You'll become part of a supportive and friendly team that works together to create a positive, person-centred environment where the people we support can thrive.
Due to our rural location, you'll need to be confident that you can reliably travel to and from the service for your shifts.
While we can welcome some colleagues who don't drive, the role also relies on team members who are able to drive our service vehicles to support people to access appointments, social activities and community opportunities.
Because of this, the number of non-driving roles is limited.
Typical Shift Patterns:
Weekend shifts follow the same pattern, with early shifts starting at 8:00am, and you'll enjoy every other weekend off, helping you maintain a healthy work-life balance.
