As a Personal Advisor, you will manage a diverse and often complex caseload, supporting young people to identify their needs, set meaningful goals and develop the skills and support networks needed for independent living. You will work with current and former asylum-seeking children and young people, individuals with unresolved immigration status, young people with disabilities and others with a range of individual circumstances.
Working collaboratively with families, social care professionals and partner agencies, you will develop outcome-focused pathway plans, encourage young people to participate in decisions affecting their lives and help ensure their voices remain central to the support they receive. This 12-week assignment, with the possibility of extension, offers an opportunity to contribute to a service focused on trust, inclusion, resilience and positive futures for care leavers.
