About the role of Care Assistant

Full-time, Permanent

DBAM Solutions Ltd is seeking a compassionate, reliable and professional female Care Assistant to join our domiciliary care team. You will provide person-centred care in clients' own homes, supporting dignity, independence and wellbeing.

Care Assistant Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support in accordance with individual care plans.
• Assist with mobility, medication and nutrition where trained and authorised.
• Provide companionship and encourage independence and meaningful daily activities.
• Complete accurate care records and promptly report changes or concerns.
• Work in accordance with safeguarding, health and safety, infection control and confidentiality requirements.

What we are looking for

• A caring, respectful and dependable approach.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to person-centred care and safeguarding.
• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Right to work in the UK and willingness to complete required pre-employment checks.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle is desirable.
